SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped within 7 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email which includes your order number and invoice.
Adjustments cannot be made once an order has been placed.
Any orders that require address changes will be cancelled and must be resubmitted.
Delivery costs vary depending on the service selected, where the item is coming from and the destination.
Delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery to PO Boxes are currently unavailable.
Providing a PO Box address may result in a shipping delay and/or cancellation.
Kingswood Stamps does not claim responsibility for stolen packages.
All goods are the purchaser's responsibility from the time the package is delivered to the address specified on the order.
Should you suspect your package has been stolen after delivery, we suggest you contact the local police department and your insurance company.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made immediately one hour after the order is placed.
TRACKING
Once you have placed your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you via email.
Subsequently, an email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
In the event that your order is shipped from multiple locations, you may receive multiple packages along with their respective tracking information.
Please be advised that we cannot make delivery changes while the package is in transit.
